Pregnancy is the time for growth and repair. To support the growth of your newborn we encourage all our clients to visit our nutrition team to assist them in making informed decisions about their dietary requirements in this important time.
To support the repair thats needed to help your body return back to its original state we work closely with our nutrition team to help get you back in good working order following childbirth.
Nutrition is also important to provide support during breastfeeding. As part of our breast feeding support we are able to give you specific advice on nutrition for breast feeding.
We also have access to a specialist team of trainers who are able to get you back in shape and physically fit following this amazing time in your life. All our training is over seen by our clinical team and specialists, so if you are at all worried about physical activity we have a team of people here to help you.
